2. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing payments, cancellations, and refunds for services offered by Loop Stream (https://loopstream.pro), operated by Sky Fusion Technologies Pvt Ltd (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing or subscribing to any of our services, you agree to this policy.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Loop Stream provides digital and automated streaming services. Once a stream is activated or initiated, the service is considered delivered. As such, payments made after stream activation are non-refundable. Users are responsible for reviewing service details and testing their configuration during the trial period before making any purchase.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:
  • The service could not be activated or delivered due to a technical fault on Loop Stream's end.
  • Duplicate or accidental payments made for the same account.
  • Failed transaction where payment was deducted but not reflected in the account.

Important:
Once a user has successfully used the service (i.e., a stream has been initiated, scheduled, or broadcasted through Loop Stream), the transaction is considered complete and consumed.
Requests for refunds after the service has been used will not be eligible and may be treated as fraudulent or abusive activity.
Such attempts can result in account suspension or denial of future service access.

5. Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
  • Service disruption caused by user error, unstable video, or misconfiguration.
  • Issues arising from third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, Twitch) or their policy enforcement.
  • Violations of our Terms of Use or misuse of the platform.
  • User dissatisfaction with stream results or audience engagement
  • Requests made after the 24-hour refund window

6. Global and EU Customers

For users in the European Union and other international regions, refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. However, as Loop Stream provides digital services that begin immediately upon activation, users acknowledge that their right to withdraw or request a refund ceases once the service delivery starts. Using the platform to create, schedule, or initiate a stream constitutes service commencement.

7. Cancellations

You may stop continuing stream renewal at any time through your Loop Stream dashboard. If you did not manually renew, the stream won’t automatically renew. This does not entitle users to a refund for any remaining period once the service has started. (We don’t offer auto-renewal of a stream.)

8. Refund Procedure

  • Registered email ID
  • Transaction ID and date
  • Invoice Number
  • Description of the issue
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary based on the payment gateway or bank policies.

9. Fraudulent or Abusive Claims

We reserve the right to deny refunds to users who abuse the refund policy, misuse free trials, or attempt to exploit the platform. Repeated refund claims or false complaints may result in permanent suspension of the user account.
