Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:
- The service could not be activated or delivered due to a technical fault on Loop Stream's end.
- Duplicate or accidental payments made for the same account.
- Failed transaction where payment was deducted but not reflected in the account.
Important:Once a user has successfully used the service (i.e., a stream has been initiated, scheduled, or broadcasted through Loop Stream), the transaction is considered
complete and consumed.
Requests for refunds after the service has been used will
not be eligible and may be treated as
fraudulent or abusive activity.
Such attempts can result in
account suspension or denial of future service access.
