You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to promptly update any changes.

Loop Stream enables users to stream pre-recorded videos as live broadcasts to third-party platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Kick, X, and Twitch etc. We provide the technology to automate and schedule such streams but do not host or control any third-party streaming services.

You agree not to use Loop Stream for any unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: • Streaming explicit, violent, hateful, or copyrighted material without authorization. • Using the platform for harassment, spam, or malicious activities. • Attempting to interfere with or disrupt Loop Stream's systems, servers, or networks. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or any applicable laws.

You retain ownership of all content you upload or stream through Loop Stream. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content complies with the laws of your country and the policies of the platforms you stream to. We do not review or monitor your content, but we reserve the right to take action if it violates this policy or applicable laws.

When streaming to platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitch, Kick, or X, you must comply with their respective Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We are not affiliated with these platforms and are not responsible for any actions, suspensions, or restrictions applied by them.

All payments for Loop Stream subscriptions are processed securely through Razorpay and Stripe. Prices are shown excluding taxes and may vary by region. Users will receive invoices by email after successful payment. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy available on our website. By purchasing and activating a stream or subscription, you acknowledge that Loop Stream provides digital content/service that begins immediately upon activation, and you thereby waive your right to withdraw or claim a refund once the service delivery has started.`,

Loop Stream may offer a 24-hour free trial upon user request, subject to approval and verification of authenticity. No card details are required for the trial. Abuse of the trial feature or false information may result in account suspension.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion if we detect policy violations, suspicious activity, or misuse of services. Upon termination, user access will be revoked, and all associated data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sky Fusion Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Loop Stream. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance and shall not be responsible for third-party service disruptions.

Loop Stream provides its services on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis without any warranties, express or implied. While we aim for reliability and high performance, we do not guarantee results, uptime, or audience engagement. Users acknowledge that streaming success depends on factors outside our control, including third-party platform stability.

All trademarks, designs, software, and branding related to Loop Stream are owned by Sky Fusion Technologies Pvt Ltd. Users may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of Loop Stream without prior written consent.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hooghly, West Bengal, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Users will be notified of major updates via our website or email notification.
